Every savoury dish could do with Sriracha sauce. This Sriracha is a Thai sauce made in Thailand with Thai chillis. The taste is spicy hot with a hint of smokiness. A quarter of our sauce is made of chillis which we feel is the right strength for a sriracha. Any more and it would over power any food you are eating with it. Sriracha is increasingly used instead of tomato ketchup as a more flavoursome condiment.
